The Punch Bowl is located on the A65 between the M6 and Kendal.

We are the first pub you will encounter on your way into the lakes.

We are a traditional lakeland pub with a friendly atmosphere, fantastic ales and cracking food.

We aim to create fresh and tasty meals using produce sourced from local farms and businesses.

All of our meat is supplied by either Plumgarth's Farm or Low Bendrigg Farm, both within 3 - 4 miles of the pub.

Not only does this mean we are supporting our local community, it also gives us the benefit of traceable, healthy and non manufactured dishes
